Er-Gene Kahng is a professor of music at the University of Arkansas and professional violinist. Kahng spoke to What's Up! Associate Editor Jocelyn Murphy just one day after returning to Fayetteville from London where she had to exit the U.K. earlier than her anticipated return date due to the expanded travel bans. Kahng discusses her travel and her experience as a musician in a time when concerts and other large gatherings are canceled for the foreseeable future in response to Covid-19.

This reel is a series of clips compiled during Jocelyn's time with the Broadcast Journalism department at the University of Arkansas. It serves as a demonstration of her broadcast foundation.

While at the UA, Jocelyn worked at the student-run campus television station from her very first semester. In that time, she learned studio equipment, produced and redesigned the movie review show Razorback Reels, and anchored for the live newscast. She has experience creating packages, VO/SOTS, and doing live and recorded stand-ups.
